By accessing or using DomainsVault.com ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
DomainsVault.com is a domain listing and marketplace platform that allows users to list, browse, and communicate about domain names for sale, lease, or parking. The Service acts solely as a medium connecting buyers and sellers.
3. No Transaction Handling
DomainsVault.com does not handle, process, facilitate, or escrow any transactions between users. All domain sales, purchases, leases, transfers, and related financial transactions are conducted entirely between the buyer and seller. DomainsVault.com is not a party to any transaction and bears no responsibility or liability for the outcome of any deal.
4. No Liability
DomainsVault.com provides an internal messaging system for user communication. We do not verify the accuracy of domain listings, ownership claims (beyond DNS TXT record verification), pricing, or any representations made by users. We are not responsible for:
- Failed transactions between users
- Misrepresentation of domain ownership or value
- Loss of funds resulting from transactions arranged through the platform
- Domain transfer issues
- Any disputes between buyers and sellers
5. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must not create multiple accounts to circumvent subscription limits or other platform restrictions. Violation of this policy may result in immediate account termination.
6. Domain Listings
Users must verify domain ownership through DNS TXT records before domains become publicly visible. Listings must not contain contact information in description fields. We reserve the right to remove any listing at any time.
7. Subscriptions
Paid subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled. When a subscription lapses, domain listings will become inactive after a grace period. Free tier accounts have limited functionality including redacted communications.
8. User Conduct
Users agree to communicate respectfully. Ratings, reviews, and messages are considered public forum content and must adhere to community standards. We reserve the right to moderate content and suspend accounts for violations.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts at our sole discretion, with or without notice, for violations of these terms or any other reason.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
